If growing up in rural Oregon taught me anything, it was the importance of hard work. Without access to abundant academic resources such as college counselors or AP tutors, I became self-sufficient and self-driven with my learning. Between school and sports during the year and working on the farm or in residential construction over the summers, I always pushed myself to engage as much as possible both in and out of the classroom.

I love tutoring because it is an opportunity for me to share this experience with my students and set them up with the skills to succeed wherever they may go!
